My name is Katelyn. The real estate bug bit me early in life. At age 9, I remember being naturally curious about the process when my grandparents listed their Penn Hills home of 35 years for sale. As a teenager and college student, I started to learn about real estate from my mother who managed real estate offices and was a licensed agent in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from University of Central Florida with a degree in Marketing, I continued to expand my understanding of customer and client service, business operations, and project management with companies in the real estate title, mortgage banking, and financial services industries. Most recently, I spent 8 years working with solo and small trusts & estates law firms as WealthCounsel’s VP of Member Experience. It was there that I truly learned about the importance of providing personalized service, building client and referral relationships based on trust, and following through on commitments. I became a first-time home buyer, and Neighborhood Realty Services client, in 2017. I know firsthand that clients come first at Neighborhood Realty Services.
